FIELD TESTING
ENVIROGRID® GEOCELL
Large-scale performance testing of EnviroGrid® products were conducted by a third-party national lab. Static and cyclic automated plate load tests were conducted to simulate rolling course traffic and take measurements throughout the four tests below.
CYCLIC STRESS AT SUB-BASE
Cyclic vertical stresses were measured at the surface and interface using EPC measurements as part of the extended cycle test.
EXTENDED CYCLIC AUTOMATED PLATE LOAD
Infill deformation was provided at a specific number of loads for a given number of cycles in order to forecast the number of cycles to achieve a given deformation depth within the infill material.
INFILL MATERIAL DEFORMATION
A static contact stress was maintained for a given amount of time to measure the amount of deformation of the infill material.
STATIC STRAIN MODULUS
Sensors were placed underneath the test sections in order to measure the stress at the transition point between the geocell and the sub-base.

DESIGN CALCULATORS
Using the data derived from the extensive field testing of EnviroGrid®, design resources such as a structural number for infill material and design calculators for base and slope applications were created for additional technical support. PANEL SIZING
There are three cell apertures or sizes of EnviroGrid® offered; EGA 20, EGA 30, EGA 40. Cell depths are offered in 3" 4" 6" and 8". The sizing of material is dependent on the specific application for which the product is being used. EnviroGrid® is packaged and shipped in collapsed panels for ease of shipping and handling, and are installation-ready.

XLW PANELS
For large volume projects, XLW panels can save on installation time and labor. The width of the panel is 16.8ft (5.12m), offering double the width of the typical panel with half the installation labor required.
